Moringa Cookies
- 3 Tbsp Moringa powder
- 1 cup flour
- 2 tsp baking powder
- 1 cup oats
- 150g salted butter or margarine
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup of roughly chopped macadamia nuts (or nuts of your choice)

Preheat your oven to 160°C.

In a bowl, beat the butter and sugar until it’s light and fluffy. Then add all your dry ingredients, and mix it well with a wooden spoon or standing mixer, until everything is combined

Spread your mixture out evenly onto a sprayed baking tray (or a tray lined with baking paper), using a rolling pin to get it about 0.5cm thick.

Lightly pass a butter knife through the mixture to create cookie-sized squares, or use a cookie cutter to cut shapes of your choice.

Bake the cookies at for 20 minutes, or until they are golden.
