We work constantly not only to conserve and protect the White Lions but also to highlight the plight of all rare captive animals, whose freedom and right to live in the wild have been violated. Our reintroduction of the White Lions back to their rightful endemic birthplace of the greater Timbavati regionĀ is a world-first meticulously managed long-term scientific program. It is our hope that this ground-breaking study will act as a precedent to assist the challenges facing urgent 'rewilding programs' of other endangered cats.

All conservation issues today are global issues. With many species, including many of the big cats, on the brink of extinction, urgent conservation measures need to be implemented to ensure their survival. There is no time to hesitate. If we can't protect the King of all beasts, what hope is there for the other kingdoms on earth?
